بدأ UM Track من ملاحظة مباشرة: فرق العمليات في شركات ومؤسسات العمرة تدير كمًا كبيرًا من المعلومات المتغيرة باستمرار — مواعيد الوصول والمغادرة، التنقل بين المدن، رحلات الزيارة — عبر أدوات غير مترابطة: ملفات إكسل، رسائل واتساب، ونسخ يدوي من نُسك. هذا النمط قد يعمل لفترة، لكنه هش: أي تحديث في الجدول يعني تحديث كل نسخة يدويًا، وأي غياب لشخص واحد قد يعني فوات معلومة مهمة.

UM Track يجمع هذه المعلومات في مكان واحد، مع مزامنة تلقائية للرحلات المدعومة من نُسك، حتى يعمل الفريق بأكمله من نفس الصورة المحدثة للعملية — بدل الاعتماد على نسخ متفرقة قد تتعارض مع بعضها.

UM Track started from a direct observation: operations teams at Umrah companies and offices manage a large amount of constantly changing information — arrival and departure times, inter-city movement, ziyarah trips — across disconnected tools: Excel files, WhatsApp messages, and manual copying from Nusuk. This pattern can work for a while, but it's fragile: any change to the schedule means updating every copy by hand, and one person's absence can mean an important detail is missed.

UM Track brings this information into one place, with automatic sync for supported trips from Nusuk, so the whole team works from the same up-to-date picture of the operation — instead of relying on scattered copies that can conflict with each other.
