This page describes the data UM Track and its companion browser extension collect, and how it is used, protected, and shared.

UM Track منصة تستخدمها شركات ومكاتب خدمة الحجاج والمعتمرين لتتبع رحلات ومجموعات العمرة (النقل، المواعيد، حالة الرحلات). تصف هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عبر تطبيق الويب وإضافة المتصفح المرافقة له، وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.
٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور (مخزَّنة بصيغة مُشفّرة عبر bcrypt، ولا يمكن لأحد استرجاعها كنص واضح).
- بيانات الرحلات والمجموعات: ما يُدخله الموظف من بيانات — اسم المجموعة، رقم الرحلة، التاريخ والوقت، نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة، الحالة، وأي ملاحظات مرفقة. قد تتضمن هذه البيانات أسماء المعتمرين إذا أدرجها الموظف ضمن نص الرحلة.
- إعدادات بوت تيليجرام (اختياري): إذا فعّل المستخدم إشعارات تيليجرام، يُخزَّن رمز البوت ومعرّف المحادثة الذي أدخله بنفسه لإرسال التنبيهات.
- بيانات إضافة المتصفح (اختياري): عند استخدام إضافة UM Track، تقرأ الإضافة بيانات الرحلات ذات الصلة أثناء تصفّحك للصفحات المدعومة، ثم ترسلها إلى حساب المستخدم نفسه على خادمنا.
٣. كيفية استخدام البيانات
تُستخدم البيانات حصريًا لتشغيل لوحة تتبع الرحلات: عرض الرحلات وتحديثها، جدولة تنبيهات القرب من موعد الرحلة، وإرسال إشعارات تيليجرام التي يُفعّلها المستخدم بنفسه. لا تُستخدم البيانات لأي غرض تسويقي أو يخرج عن الغرض الأساسي للنظام.
٤. الأساس النظامي للمعالجة
نعالج البيانات الموضحة أعلاه على أساس تنفيذ العقد معك (تشغيل الحساب الذي أنشأته واستخدامك للمنصة)، والمصلحة المشروعة في تقديم خدمة تتبع تشغيلية موثوقة، وموافقتك الصريحة عند تفعيل ميزات اختيارية مثل تنبيهات تيليجرام أو إضافة المتصفح. نسترشد في ذلك بالمبادئ العامة لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الصادر عن الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
٥. التخزين والمشاركة
تُخزَّن جميع البيانات في قاعدة بيانات خاصة بمشغّل النظام. لا تُباع أو تُشارَك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث، باستثناء إرسال محتوى الإشعار مباشرة إلى واجهة برمجة تطبيقات تيليجرام (Telegram Bot API) عند تفعيل هذه الميزة اختياريًا من قِبل المستخدم نفسه.
٦. الأمان
نطبّق إجراءات تقنية لحماية بياناتك، منها تشفير كلمات المرور، تشفير الاتصال بين متصفحك وخوادمنا (HTTPS)، وتشفير الإعدادات الحساسة داخل قاعدة البيانات. للاطلاع على التفاصيل الكاملة، راجع صفحة الأمان.
٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تُحفظ بيانات حسابك طالما بقي نشطًا. لطلب حذف حسابك أو بياناتك، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.
٨. حقوقك تجاه بياناتك
وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق لك:
- طلب الاطلاع على البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
- طلب تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
- طلب حذف بياناتك، مع مراعاة أي التزامات نظامية تقتضي الاحتفاظ بها لمدة معينة.
- سحب موافقتك في أي وقت على المعالجة القائمة على الموافقة (مثل تنبيهات تيليجرام أو إضافة المتصفح)، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على مشروعية المعالجة قبل السحب.

٩. علاقتنا بنُسك ووزارة الحج والعمرة
UM Track أداة مستقلة غير تابعة لوزارة الحج والعمرة ولا لمنصة نُسك، ولا تمثّل أيًا منهما. إضافة المتصفح المرافقة لا تتصل ببيانات نُسك عبر أي واجهة خلفية أو قاعدة بيانات؛ بل تقرأ فقط النص الظاهر في الصفحة التي يتصفحها المستخدم بحسابه الخاص على بوابتَي نُسك أو حج الرسميتين — تمامًا كما يراه المستخدم بعينه — ثم ترسله إلى حساب المستخدم نفسه على خادمنا، بناءً على نقرة أو إعداد فعّله المستخدم بنفسه.
١٠. الأطفال
هذا النظام أداة عمل موجَّهة لموظفي شركات ومكاتب الخدمة، وغير موجَّه للأطفال.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة دائمًا.

1. Overview
UM Track is a platform used by Umrah/Hajj service companies and offices to track Umrah group trips and movements (transport, schedules, trip status). This policy describes the data collected through the web application and its companion browser extension, and how it is used and protected.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: username and password (stored hashed via bcrypt; never recoverable as plain text).
- Trip and group data: information staff enter — group name, trip number, date/time, origin/destination, status, and any attached notes. This may include pilgrim names if a staff member includes them in the trip text.
- Telegram bot settings (optional): if the user enables Telegram notifications, we store the bot token and chat ID the user provided to send their own alerts.
- Browser extension data (optional): when using the UM Track extension, it reads relevant trip data while you work on supported pages, and sends it to the user's own account on our server.
3. How We Use Data
Data is used exclusively to operate the trip-tracking dashboard: displaying and updating trips, scheduling proximity alerts, and sending Telegram notifications the user has chosen to enable. Data is never used for marketing or any purpose outside the system's core function.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process the data described above on the basis of performing our contract with you (operating the account you created), our legitimate interest in providing a reliable operational tracking service, and your explicit consent where you enable optional features such as Telegram alerts or the browser extension. We align these practices with the general principles of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
5. Storage & Sharing
All data is stored in a database operated by the system operator. We do not sell or share your data with any third party, except for sending notification content directly to the Telegram Bot API when the user has voluntarily enabled that optional feature.
6. Security
We apply technical measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted transport between your browser and our servers (HTTPS), and encryption of sensitive settings at rest. See our Security page for full details.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Your account data is retained while your account remains active. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at the email below.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable Saudi Arabian regulations, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of any inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent (such as Telegram alerts or the browser extension), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

9. Our Relationship with Nusuk and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah
UM Track is an independent tool, not affiliated with, operated by, or representing the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or the Nusuk platform. The companion browser extension does not connect to Nusuk's backend or database in any way; it only reads the text visible on the page the user is browsing, using their own account, on the official Nusuk or Haj portals — exactly what the user themself can see — and sends it to that same user's own account on our server, triggered by a click or a setting the user enabled themself.
10. Children
This system is a work tool for agency staff and is not directed at children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
